Steps to make Pulao:

  1. Take a kadhai, add 1.1/2 liter water. When the water boiled add rice, sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil cook the rice and drain the water. Keep it a side in a cool place..
  2. Take a pan add 1 spoon ghee add paneer cook when turn into brown. Cut the carrot, capsicum into same size..
  3. In kadhai add ghee than add bay leaf, red chilli, cloves roast it add cashew nuts and raisins roast it few minutes..
  4. Than add all vegetables and 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix it 2-3 minutes. Than vegetables roasted well mix rice. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and add paneer. Mix it well. Pulao is ready to serve..
  5. Serve hot with chole, Shahi Paneer, Rayta etc.......
